We represent the Mayan community, the workers, brick layers, painters, builders, stores, artists and architects, restaurants, nightclubs, and cleaning crews. Food and music fills up the atmosphere with all kinds of emotions, and senses become enchanted with the history and artistry of this spectacular country.

Living in Denver, Colorado and all over Mexico. 

Veronica an Engineer, Director of Quality & Development for one of the top medical device companies in the world.  

JAnthony Garnica is  professional Realtor in Mexico with EXP; a Zeitgeist, known as the Influencer of Influencers, an Educator, Coach, Mentor, CEO of several businesses in the U.S.

With years of combined experience together and apart they share their testimonies and connections with others, for free, because that is their passion. 

Both dreamers and creators.

Witnessing dreams come true, from an idea, concept renderings drawn by others to a design plans created by them. 

They own and operate several homes in Mexico and Colorado. 

They learned a lot! What to do and not do. 

Having traveled around the world, fell in love Mexico. 

The notion of a "Digital Nomad" lifestyles, the ability to work from home. 

As a result of COVID many were forced to work from home; remotely creating a greater need. 

Henceforth, experiences became greater than having things. 

New opportunities, environments, groups, creatives that love to travel, other ways of thinking, ideas, connection, good people together so great things can happen!  Hospitality. 

Food, art, culture, history, energy, healing, solitude. 

Their experiences gave them the understanding and courage to lead the build of a new studio apartment and buy other properties in Mexico.

Now there homes are used as vacation homes, rentals and retirement homes; cash-flow. 

Started with one. 

Their life lessons, some tough, they developed coaching, mentoring and  inspiring habits for people to level up using rental or vacation property in Mexico.
